Just wondering ... what's the process you go through to make a pic? Got to be totally different to my workflow

I usually (my methods always change) receive the idea, try a couple of sketches, chose one, ink it the scan it and give it a priority (that always depends on the type of picture, motive, etc. ) and then color it.
