Honestly I don't like 56k at all. It was only useful during Gamefaqs character battle, where Mario was pitted against someone pointless like Sephiroth or Cloud at the very end. I used my dynamic IP as soon as the poll started, and voted like..30 or so times. Hahahaha
And technically all connections are modem, because a modem is just the piece of equipment that links your computer to your internet provider. But I think every-one understood that you meant dial-up.
